LIBIAO ROBOTICS arrives in Brazil with intelligent sorting robots for automation of logistics centers

LIBIAO ROBOTICS (https://libiaorobot.com/en ), a global company of intelligent sorting robots and flexible sorting solutions, announced its arrival in the Latin American market, with Brazil as a base in the region. The company has more than 60,000 robots deployed in more than 20 different sectors, spread over more than 40 countries and regions.

In Brazil, it has a dedicated team, strategic partners and ongoing project pipeline. The global engineering team is based in China, and LIBIAO already has a local technical team structure for implementation, support and customization of projects, ensuring customer proximity and agility in service.

Thiago Holanda, a consultant for the company in Latin America and who works in business development and regional expansion, comments that LIBIAO chose Brazil for the growth of sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, the need for accuracy and traceability; food and beverage industries, the scale and requirement of speed; and textile and fashion, the diversity of SKUs and logistical challenges.

“O Brazil combines market volume, industrial diversity and technological maturity, which makes it strategic for LIBIAO. We want to consolidate our presence in the region and we project double-digit growth in Brazil, driven mainly by e-commerce and high-volume logistics”, highlights Netherlands.

According to the Brazilian Electronic Commerce Association (Abcomm), it is projected that in 2025 e-commerce will register revenues of R$ 234 billion, solidifying the upward trend that will remain until 2029, the year in which billing should reach R$ 343 billion. Logistics is the heart of e-commerce: it goes beyond inventory or fast delivery, it provides real-time inventory visibility, efficient demand planning, optimized picking and packing processes and strict shipment control.

“Our robotic sorters have immediate adherence in this” scenario, says Netherlands.

Automated solutions for warehouses

Although they are most widely implemented in e-commerce operations and marketplaces, LIBIAO ROBOTICS systems are highly versatile and applicable in different industrial and distribution sectors, whenever there is a need for classification, separation and logistics optimization.

“Today, the equipment is manufactured in China, where our industrial and Research and Development base is located. However, we constantly evaluate partnerships and local integration models in Brazil, especially in areas such as maintenance, customization and advanced services to serve our customers with maximum proximity to the market, as we are aware that this makes a difference in terms of productivity and safety in the” operations, comments Netherlands.

Among the models of LIBIAO screening robots for Latin America are:

T-Sort systems

Flexible and scalable systems for more agile e-commerce, retail and last-mile operations. Ideal for order sorting, store replenishment, return processing.

  • More flexibility: modular design, which allows reconfiguration and expansion;
  • Rating (orders) separates 20-10,000 destinations into
  • large waves with a rating accuracy of 99.9%;
  • Fast deployment thanks to modular design (1 to 2 weeks)
  • Low space occupation;
  • Reduction of labor;
  • Low operating cost.

AirRob Bin - To - Person Systems

Efficient automation system for storage and separation of product bin, combining high density, availability and robustness storage with fast, effective and low cost transportation. By installing AirRob on shelves, the system takes advantage of vertical height and reduces aisles, increasing the density of an operation.

  • Highest density 850mm narrow corridor.
  • Higher efficiency & each workstation can process 600 bins output + 600 inboxes per hour.
  • High ROI 2/3m staff reduction with investment recovery in maximum 2 years.

3D Sorting System The 3D sorting system transforms the robots' flexible sorting mode from plan to three-dimensional space, using less space for greater sorting capacity.It is easy to install, relocate and expand, and can be quickly laid out and launched for production in hours rather than months, thus maximizing capacity conversion.

  • Spatial utility (1/3 space required);
  • High precision (99.9% sorting accuracy
  • High flexibility

Milestones from LIBIAO ROBOTICS

  • Inventor of the first autonomous desktop sorting robot;
  • Proprietary navigation system;
  • Self-developed robot control system (RCS);
  • Proprietary communication system;
  • More than 200 patents and copyrights widely protected worldwide
  • Dozens of awards including RBR 50, Top 10 Material Handling Supplier at APAC, Material Handling Products of the Year
